How does the Knowledgebase work?

Whenever we find a question asked and answered multiple times we add this to the knowledgebase. So that future users can find an answer without having to open a new ticket for it. This helps us with easing our workload but also helps you the customer by providing an answer quicker.


Searching for an answer: 

On most pages in the helpdesk, there is a search bar that you can use to type in your question or for better results type in keywords from your question. The search bar will then automatically start showing results or if you wish to see a full list you can click on the button 'search' which will then transfer you to the result page.


I cannot find an answer! What now...
